A boa constrictor called Dennis was into DIY projects and had decided to pave his driveway by himself. Given his physiology, that was a challenge, but Dennis relished in that. Where there’s a will, there’s a way his uncle Monty had once said after swallowing an ostrich, and the ostrich had confirmed that from the inside. So Dennis went ahead. Four days later, his neighbor, a pygmy hippo named Monica, who spent most of her time in the Maldives, found him defeated and famished two feet from his front door.
