Ova Welm--died on May 26th, 2021, from being defrocked. Ova had a talent for stopping people in their tracks. At 17, she competed as the youngest ever paralyzer at the Barcelona Olympics. With several gold medals and world records to her name, Ova founded the life coaching empire, House of Welm, based on the Freeze with Ease method. Ova taught people across the globe to give up their dreams for a life of numbness and disengagement. But in 2019, an article revealed Ova to be a mere derivative of fear, and she never made it out from under that weight.
